HOW TO JOIN YODO SERIES
Introduction
GITLOM PRODUCTION
Gitlom Production serves as the parent entity overseeing the Yodo Series and all affiliated programs, charitable initiatives, and social media activities. Gitlom Production is solely responsible for the management, operations, and execution of all activities related to the Yodo Series and its associated endeavors.
YODO SERIES
The Yodo Series is a television or online series designed to portray the unseen struggles faced by teenagers, unbeknownst to the broader society, while navigating societal rules and expectations. The series aims to shed light on these challenges through compelling storytelling.
Membership Application Process
Individuals interested in joining the Yodo Series or Gitlom Production, whether as cast, crew, fans, influencers, or brand ambassadors, must adhere to the application processes outlined below. All applicants are required to complete the specified steps corresponding to their desired role.
1. Joining as a Cast Member: Yodo Series (Actor or Actress)
This category is for individuals seeking to participate exclusively in the Yodo Series project, with no further affiliation with Gitlom Production beyond the completion of the specified season or project. Participants in this category will engage in all production-related activities for the Yodo Series but will not be eligible to join other Gitlom Production projects.
*Requirements:*
*A. Online Audition*
- Applicants must participate in an online audition. If no audition is currently announced, applicants will be notified when auditions are scheduled.
*B. Registration Fee*
- Upon successfully passing the audition, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GHS 350. This fee covers registration and contributes to providing uniforms for the applicant during the production.
- Eligibility: Actors and actresses interested in participating in Yodo Series only.
- Requirements:
- Online audition (when announced)
- Registration fee: GHS 350 (to support uniform provision)
- Benefits: Participation in Yodo Series production, uniform provision
*Note:* Participation is contingent upon passing the audition. Fees are payable only after confirmation of acceptance.
2. Joining as a Cast Member: Gitlom Production (Actor or Actress)
This category is for individuals seeking to join the Yodo Series while also becoming lifetime members of Gitlom Production. Members in this category will be eligible to participate in all Gitlom Production projects beyond the Yodo Series, including acting tutoring, masterclasses, and prominent roles in the Yodo Series. Members will also share in the project’s returns and be recognized as key contributors to the Yodo Series.
*Requirements:*
*A. Online Audition*
- Applicants must participate in an online audition. If no audition is currently announced, applicants will be notified when auditions are scheduled.
*B. Registration Fee*
- Upon successfully passing the audition, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GHS 550. This fee covers registration and contributes to providing uniforms for the applicant during production.
*C. Managerial Documentation*
- Applicants must sign managerial agreements to formalize their registration and secure their lifelong membership with Gitlom Production.
- Eligibility: Actors and actresses interested in joining Gitlom Production for future projects.
- Requirements:
- Online audition (when announced)
- Registration fee: GHS 550 (to support uniform provision)
- Signing of managerial documents
- Benefits: Lifetime membership, acting tutoring, masterclasses, priority roles in Yodo Series, returns on project investments
*Note:* Participation is contingent upon passing the audition. Fees and documentation are required only after confirmation of acceptance.
3. Joining as a Fan
Individuals may join the Yodo Series as fans or supporters dedicated to promoting the series and its initiatives. Fans play a vital role in amplifying the series’ reach and supporting related activities, such as donation drives, charity events, floats, tours, premieres, and verbal advocacy.
*Requirements:*
- Applicants must submit the following details via Gitlom Production or Yodo Series social media pages:
- Full name
- Location
- Social media handles
*Note:* No fees or auditions are required for fan membership. Fans will be contacted regarding participation in planned activities as opportunities arise.
4. Joining as a Brand Ambassador
Individuals or entities interested in serving as brand ambassadors for the Yodo Series or Gitlom Production must engage directly with the production team to negotiate terms.
*Requirements:*
- The applicant’s management team must contact Gitlom Production or Yodo Series representatives directly to discuss partnership terms, conditions, and expectations.
*Note:* Specific agreements will be tailored based on mutual discussions and formalized through contractual documentation.
GENERAL TERMS
- All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full upon acceptance into the respective category.
- Gitlom Production reserves the right to modify audition schedules, fees, and membership terms as deemed necessary, with prior notice provided where applicable.
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information and compliance with outlined processes.
- Participation in any capacity does not guarantee specific roles, financial returns, or continued involvement unless explicitly stated in signed agreements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible to join Yodo Series, applicants must:
- Be physically present in Ghana
- Note that Yodo Series is an inclusive project, open to individuals from all regions of Ghana, not limited to Kumasi or Accra.
PAYMENT TERMS
- A deposit is required to secure your spot
- The remaining balance can be paid in installments over a period of 40 days after making the initial deposit
AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Yodo Series is open to individuals of all ages, from 15 to 65 years old.
